Pro Wrestler Hulk Hogan and MMA Legend Frank Shamrock Voice Support For California PAL

On March 5th, 2012, the kids at the Oxnard Police Activities League, one of California PAL's local member chapters received a huge suprise as professional wrestling legend, Hulk Hogan along with legendary MMA fighter, Frank Shamrock arrived to help support the California Police Activities League by filming a public service announcement (PSA) which will be released very soon.

The PAL kids where awestruck by the Hulkster as he spent time talking with them and even took time to shoot some hoops in the PAL gym.  "We are very grateful to Hulk for taking to time to support PAL and speak out about how important our youth programs are in various communities and throughout the state." exclaimed California PAL Executive Director, Gregg Wilson.

Frank Shamrock also took time to talk with the PAL kids about his difficult childhood and how he was able to overcome the many obstacles in his youth and start to make the right choices that led him to become one of the best MMA athletes in the world.

Both men were very impressed by the work that California PAL is doing by supporting local PAL chapters in the community and we would like to thank both Hulk and Frank for voicing their support for California PAL and look forward to their continued support.

California PAL and its 120 local PAL chapters offer athletics and activities that help prepare underserved youth to become a successful part of our future.
